FireSky’s design philosophy is rooted in the landscapes of Arizona and Nevada. Our founder, Ron DuHamel, drew early inspiration from Pueblo-style architecture and the timeless forms of the Southwest while studying for his master’s in architecture at the University of New Mexico. Today, that foundation blends with our contemporary desert design expertise, allowing us to shape spaces that feel authentic, whether it’s a rugged Cave Creek retreat or a sleek Scottsdale estate.
With the addition of A Couple of Green Thumbs, FireSky brings enhanced expertise in fine gardening, desert landscaping, and indoor plant styling, deepening both our design and maintenance offerings.

FireSky Outdoor is a landscape design/build firm that designs and builds custom outdoor living spaces, led by Landscape Architects from concept to completion. The work includes custom pools and spas, outdoor kitchens, patios and walkways, pergolas, fireplaces, and complete landscape transformations. FireSky also offers specialty maintenance to protect the integrity of a finished landscape over time.

FireSky Outdoor serves two regions: In Arizona, the East Valley, including Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Apache Junction and Gold Canyon, plus the north Valley from our Cave Creek office, including Carefree, Scottsdale, Anthem, Fountain Hills and New River.
